We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Insights Manager to report to the Sr. Director, Brand Strategy. This role will assist in moving Tailored Brands to the next level of customer first and data driven strategic thinking and implementation. This role will be responsible for managing the development of consumer insights across the TBI brands (Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A Bank, Moores, K&G), through a combination of primary and secondary research tools and partners, to identify emerging trends, customer behavior, brand and business performance to influence business decisions.

A Bank, Moores, K&G), through a combination of primary and secondary research tools and partners, to identify emerging trends, customer behavior, brand and business performance to influence business decisions.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Identify opportunities for, scope and manage research projects with external research partners to uncover consumer needs, behaviors and attitudes.
- Provide analysis from various primary and secondary data sources and develop compelling customer insights that drive the business and grow the brand.
- Set brand health goals and partner with external agency resources on conducting the necessary consumer research to track results and steer brands towards our objective.
- Partner with Analytics and Corporate Strategy teams to ensure cohesive strategic outlines and the inclusion of cross-platform insights into each team’s work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed consumer insights into planning and execution across the org.
- Assist in developing insight reports, dashboards and trackers.
- Monitor macro-economic, industry and competitive trends.
- Identify opportunities for innovating and optimizing research methods.
- Manage external partner relationships.
- 5 years’ working Consumer Insights experience
- 3 years’ experience in survey design and data analysis/modeling, with qual and quant research
- Translating data into actionable insights
- 3 years’ experience working with insights and analytics and familiarity with key brand health KPI’s
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to comfortably build relationships at every level and in every function of the enterprise so as to assert your perspective on brand positioning.
- Knowledge of AI-driven analytics tools or advanced segmentation methods a plus.
- A background in corporate omni channel retail is helpful in this role.

- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin, California office, or our New York, New York office or fully remote.

Salary : $87,700 - $146,300
