What You’ll Do
Maintain a therapy caseload with adults across a range of concerns, including:
- Anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Life transitions and aging-related changes
- Caregiver stress
- Attention/executive functioning challenges
- Insomnia and health-related concerns
Complete intake evaluations and develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with medical and community providers to support whole-person care
Option to conduct psychological or neuropsychological assessments based on your training and interest
Complete documentation in alignment with Medicare and clinical best practices
Participate in community relationship-building and referral network development
Contribute to program development or specialty services (based on interest)

Who You Are
· Doctoral-level psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology
· Licensed (or license-eligible) in North Carolina
· Eligible for APIT/PSYPACT credentialing
· Strong foundation in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, MI, trauma-informed approaches)
· Experience or interest in working with older adults, health conditions, or neuropsych populations
· Clinically thoughtful, collaborative, and aligned with a holistic model of care

Position Options:
Full-Time (W-2)
· Hybrid schedule with 2 days/week in-office
· ~25 direct clinical hours/week
· 55% fee split (average ~$100 per clinical hour)
· Flexible scheduling with autonomy in caseload design
Part-Time (1099 Contractor)
· Minimum 5 clinical hours/week (or more if desired)
· 60% fee split (average ~$112 per clinical hour)
· Fully customizable caseload and schedule
