This is a full-time role at varying sites for a Commercial Property Manager, based in Dania, FL. The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of property operations, including lease administration, tenant relations, and handling lease negotiations. Responsibilities include managing property maintenance and repairs, ensuring lease compliance, collecting rent, preparing budgets, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure optimal performance of the properties.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lease Administration and Lease Negotiations
- Proficiency in managing Leases and Property Management processes
- Excellent Communication skills for tenant relations and teamwork
- Experience in analyzing and managing budgets and property financials
- Familiarity with commercial real estate market trends is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPM, RPA) are a plus
