Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Hoboken, NJ. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, manage key accounts, develop and execute regional sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities also include identifying and building relationships with potential clients, leading a team of sales representatives, analyzing regional market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure company goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Chinese America is preferred
- Strong sales skills including lead generation, client relationship building, and closing deals
- Strategic planning and leadership abilities to manage a sales team and drive performance
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office productivity software
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a regional or territory setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and deliver results under pressure
