Role Description
This is a part time, on-site Bartender role located in Tempe, AZ. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, engaging with guests to ensure high-quality customer service, handling cash and processing transactions accurately, and assisting with food and beverage orders as required. The Bartender will contribute to maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent guest experiences and interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation, including familiarity with drink recipes and serving standards.
- Experience with Cash Handling, including accurate processing of payments and maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or bar setting is preferred but not required.
- Possession of required certifications, such as a Food Handler’s Card or a Bartender’s License, is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Punctuality is a must.
