ABOUT THE ROLE
· Execute day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring clinical trial materials are received, stored, packaged, and shipped in accordance with SOPs and applicable GMP regulations.
· Perform secondary packaging, labeling, and assembly operations per approved procedures, ensuring all activities meet client and GMP requirements.
· Pick and verify clinical trial products according to client orders, processing outgoing shipments while maintaining cold chain integrity for temperature-controlled products.
· Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inspection readiness by ensuring materials are properly stored, labeled, segregated, and documented
· Promptly identify and escalate any operational issues and discrepancies to the Operations Director and Quality Manager.
ABOUT YOU
· Technical college and above (major in pharmaceutical, biological or food industry is preferred)
· Must be a quick learner and team player.
· 1-2 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse or manufacturing environment. Experience in pharmaceutical production, familiar with GMP/GSP etc are advantageous.
