Position Summary
The Specialist, Commercial Contracts is responsible for supporting the management of Commercial contracts to be executed by and between Taiho Oncology, Inc. (TOI) and third parties. These may include, but not limited to, domestic agreements, advisory board contracts and/or processing of exhibits, sponsorships and contracts. In addition to the timely and thorough processing and management of Commercial agreements, the Specialist, Commercial Contracts will be delegated to assist with other various Commercial assignments from time to time.
Performance Objectives

Performance Objectives
- Manage the contracts execution process including management of all incoming and outgoing contracts.
- Maintain an appropriate filing/tracking system.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating content and compliant terms of contractual documents.
- Manage the internal and external work streams associated with each agreement, contract, exhibit, SOW and BPOs.
- Draft correspondence related to contractual matters to inform Commercial organization of contract status and related information.
- Manage confidentiality agreements.
- Support internal and external stakeholders and management teams to ensure timelines are met and are kept up to date on status of contracts and other deliverables.
- Perform all work in a concise, accurate and organized matter.
- Manage Commercial files with particular emphasis on the organized filing of fully executed agreements.
- Perform other duties as required
- BA or BS required, or the equivalent experience required.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of contractual obligations in the pharmaceutical industry (commercial segments).
- Thorough understanding of the contract process including contract evaluation, negotiation, approval, tracking and close-out.
- Independent work style with ability to execute on deliverables in a timely fashion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Ability to manage complex information and communicate in a simple manner.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- Confidence and skill in working with personnel at all levels in the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary : $90,100 - $106,000
