We are seeking a bright, highly motivated graduate to join our team as a Strategic Assistant to the Managing Director. This is a unique opportunity to gain unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a global luxury interiors business across multiple verticals, including private aviation, residential interiors, and boutique retail.
You will work directly alongside the Managing Director for the Americas, acting as a true right hand across strategy development, implementation, operations, marketing, and sales. If you’re whip-smart, detail-oriented, and eager to gain deep commercial and creative business acumen, this immersive role is designed to fast-track your career in the luxury sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and operational support to the Managing Director across all business functions
- Attend and contribute to high-level internal and external meetings; capture meeting notes, manage action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist in developing internal strategy documents, board-level presentations, and commercial reports
- Coordinate project plans and timelines for strategic initiatives such as CRM implementation, product development, and operational improvements
- Support the execution of brand and marketing initiatives, showroom design projects, and client engagement strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and design teams to drive alignment and accountability
- Handle calendar management, travel bookings, and general administrative support for the Managing Director
- Perform research and benchmarking to support decision-making
- Help streamline workflows and communication across the organization
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate (or up to 2 years’ experience) with a strong academic background in business, marketing, design, or a related field
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident preparing professional-level presentations
- Highly curious, resourceful, and solutions-oriented; you thrive on problem solving and take initiative
- Discreet and professional, with the maturity to handle sensitive information and executive-level meetings
- A genuine interest in luxury interiors, brand strategy, and creative business management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); bonus for experience with Adobe Creative Suite or CRM platforms
