ROLE OVERVIEW

Tai Apparel is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth and expand our Walmart apparel business.

This individual will own and grow strategic retailer relationships, identify new business opportunities across categories, and partner cross-functionally to build compelling product assortments that align with Walmart’s business objectives.

We are looking for a highly connected, entrepreneurial leader with strong Walmart relationships, strategic vision, and a passion for sales building business.

This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and opportunity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

•      10 years of sales leadership experience within apparel, preferably with Walmart experience

•      Proven success growing major retail accounts within mass retail

•      Strong existing relationships with Walmart merchants and buying and design teams

•      Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and business development skills

•      Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

•      Collaborative leader who enjoys building cross-functional partnerships

•      Strong understanding of apparel merchandising, product development, and market trends
