ROLE OVERVIEW
Tai Apparel is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented sales leader to drive and expand our Target Kids Apparel business. This individual will lead retailer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver innovative product solutions that support Target's business objectives.
The ideal candidate has strong Target relationships, deep knowledge of Target process, and a proven track record of growing major retail accounts. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and opportunity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow the Target apparel business across key categories.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with Target merchants and cross-functional partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and category expansion initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver innovative product solutions and retailer-focused strategies.
- Provide leadership, market insights, and account direction to support long-term growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7 years of apparel sales experience, preferably with Target.
- Proven success growing major retail accounts.
- Strong relationships within the Target organization.
- Strong understanding of Target processes.
- Strategic thinker with strong business, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Analytical skills, attention to detail, organized, confident.
