Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license for the state of Washington.
- Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and differentiate instruction.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance learning.
