What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Handyperson/Skilled Maintenance Technician position at Tahoe Beach and Ski Club?

a job well done, from the foundation to the final finish ? We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team- someone who doesn't just fix things, but enhances them.
What you bring to the Table:
* Flooring installation: Expertise in installing various floor types with precision and care.
* Plumbing: Proficient in repairs, fixture installation (faucets, toilets, sinks, Dishwashers, mixing valves) drain clearing, and troubleshooting leaks.
* Electrical: Competence in basic electrical repairs, fixture replacement ( outlets, switches, lights) and understanding safety protocols.
* Framing and Carpentry: Skilled in minor framing, drywall repair and texture, trim work, and general carpentry tasks.
* "All kinds of tasks": You are a true generalist, ready to tackle paint touch-up to full rooms, appliance installation, preventative maintenance and what else the day throws at you.
* CPO is a plus
* Job safety and knowledge is a must
Someone who has versatility, problem-solver, attention to detail, Reliable and can work well with other team mates or on your own.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
