Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning and floor care
- Launder linens and towels
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and available for use
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the property are clean and well-maintained
- Follow all hotel cleaning policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning supplies and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel or residential cleaning standards
- Ability to launder and clean effectively
- Physical stamina to perform heavy cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Valid driver's license (for hotel positions)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Job Type: Contract
