What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm $20 per hour position at Taher, Inc?
We are adding a grill cook to our team! Monday through Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends!
Essential Functions:

* Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times
* Execute recipes to the letter
* Follow all food safety and sanitation expectations
* Follows and completes production sheets
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
* Set up and tear down of workstation
* Polite and professional communication style
* Understands and utilizes FIFO
* Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils
* Properly operates a meat slicer and executes proper knife handling
* All other duties as requested by the leadership team

Qualifications:
*Clean Driving Record
* Minimum of 1 year previous experience in the food industry preferred
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
* Do simple arithmetic
* Able to follow oral and written directions
* Be able to lift 30 Lbs.
* Be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must pass a criminal background check
