What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/Juice Maker position at Taher, Inc?
We are seeking an experienced barista to add to our team!
Essential Functions:
* Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs
* Educates guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
* Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
* Generates revenue by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products
* Maintains inventory by restocking supplies
* Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions and reporting any issues to the direct supervisor
* Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and safety practices and procedures
* Performs additional related duties as assigned by leadership

* Excellent oral and written skills
* Previous barista or similar experience preferred
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Team player
* Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods of time
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
