About TagXpress
TagXpress LLC is opening a Pennsylvania DMV messenger service opening in Duncansville, Blair County. We process vehicle title transfers, registrations, and related PennDOT motor vehicle transactions for customers, dealers, and financial institutions. We are looking for an experienced tag & title professional who can step in, hit the ground running, and take ownership of our counter operation from day one.
What You'll Do
- Process vehicle title transfers, registration renewals, plate transfers, lien recordings, duplicate titles, and related PennDOT transactions
- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Calculate state fees and service fees, collect payment, and issue itemized receipts
- Submit completed documents to PennDOT within required timeframes
- Maintain secure storage of PennDOT-issued forms and supplies per state regulations
- Maintain accurate transaction logs and records per PennDOT requirements
- Handle dealer accounts and volume transactions professionally
- Provide expert, efficient customer service at the counter
Requirements — Please Read Before Applying
- Minimum 1 year of direct experience processing PA vehicle title and registration transactions in a tag & title office, PennDOT messenger service, auto dealership title department, or similar role — required, no exceptions
- Working knowledge of PennDOT title and registration requirements, Form MV-4ST, and common transaction types
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate document processing
- Experience handling cash, checks, and fee calculations
- Professional, customer-facing demeanor
- Must be able to pass a Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check — required by PennDOT for all messenger service employees
- Notary Public commission required
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- 40 hours per week
