Description

Tague Lumber is seeking an in-house Carpenter. Duties include framing, general finish carpentry, window and door installation and repairs, kitchen installations, and assorted maintenance and repair. This position will travel to Tague facilities and customer locations in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with each location’s General Manager
• Repair and renovate projects on all facilities and Tague properties
• Performs general repairs. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems
• Assists with the upkeep of the facilities
• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
• Travel to Tague Lumber locations and customers in the Greater Philadelphia area

• Strong time management, communication and organizational skills are essential
• A passion for quality and a results-driven approach are necessary
• Professional interactive and customer service skills are essential
• Must have the ability to work for extended hours
• Must possess a solid base in mathematic
• Some travel may be required for this position
• Must be able to pass a bachground check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license required
