As part of our finance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our books are balanced while supporting the vibrant behind-the-scenes operations of a company where creativity meets commerce. Responsibilities
- Coordinate all accounting functions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform month end close process.
- Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and other financial reports.
- Report business performance metrics.
- Manage regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance.
- Assist in preparing annual budget.
- Special projects as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (accounting major) required.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in accounting preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must possess knowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accounting principles. (GAAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, strong interpersonal skills are a must, as well as willingness to accept task ownership of new responsibilities in a fast-growing environment.
- Must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Power platforms preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
