Help us make the world a better place for animals.

At TagsForHope, we create pet accessories that help feed, treat, and rescue animals in need. Every order we send plays a part in that mission.

Our story started with two brothers, a rescued Australian Shepherd named Abbi, and a shared ambition to build a company that makes a lasting difference for animals. Today, we're a family-owned company designing and manufacturing products for pet families around the world.

Now, we've opened our first U.S. facility in Troy, Michigan, and we're looking for Fulfillment Associates to help build this next chapter with us.

Your opportunity

You'll join a small team preparing pet accessories for customers and retail partners. Your care will show in every order: the right products, checked carefully, packed neatly, and ready for the customer who's excited to receive them.

We'll teach you our products, systems, and processes. You'll bring reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

As one of our first U.S. employees, you'll help establish the everyday routines that make this new operation run well. We want people who ask questions, share ideas, and take pride in making things better.

What you'll do

• Receive, count, and organize finished pet accessories.
• Apply product labels and sort items into their correct locations.
• Pick the right designs, sizes, and quantities for each order.
• Check products and package orders neatly into boxes or shipping envelopes.
• Prepare larger wholesale orders for our retail partners.
• Use our systems to process orders and shipments accurately.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Flag shortages or mistakes and help teammates when they need a hand.

This is hands-on work that requires steady effort and attention to detail. Some tasks are repetitive, and every order deserves the same care.

You'd be a great fit if…

• You're dependable and arrive ready to contribute.
• You take pride in careful, accurate work.
• You can count accurately and follow instructions.
• You're comfortable learning basic computer and scanning tasks.
• You enjoy staying organized and working with your hands.
• You communicate, ask questions, and help your teammates.
• You're comfortable adapting as priorities and processes change.
• You're looking for a place where you can contribute, stay, and grow.
• You love animals and care about making their lives better.

Previous shipping, packing, stockroom, retail, or production experience is helpful, but we'll train the right people.

We value commitment and the experience that comes from investing time with a team. If layoffs, contract work, or life events have shaped your employment history, you're welcome to provide context in your cover letter.

This is a new operation, so there will be adjustments along the way. Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to help each other will matter from day one.

Why join TagsForHope?

• Competitive pay. We value the reliability, care, and effort you bring to the team.
• Health insurance planned. Coverage is planned within our first three months of operation.
• Work with purpose. Your daily work supports a company helping animals get care and a second chance.
• Help build our first U.S. team. Be part of the operation from the beginning, with a voice in how we improve.
• Receive training and support. We'll teach you our products, systems, and processes.
• Grow with us. As our operation expands, there will be opportunities to learn new skills and take on more responsibility.
