What You'll Do
- Mix, make, and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, fillings, icings, muffins and specialty items using traditional and modern techniques.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the bakery.
- Collaborate with the team to plan daily production schedules and ensure consistent quality.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist in sourcing fresh, local products.
