Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and provide exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Set up and clear dining areas efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times
- Support catering and banquet events by serving food, managing tables, and ensuring guest needs are met swiftly
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in upscale or fine dining and food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in serving, food handling, or catering roles preferred; banquet experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices within the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background or barista experience can be advantageous for this role
