- Proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel and Word

- High school degree or GED equivalent

ARE YOU THE DATA PROCESSOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be responsible for protecting the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data and customer files, which directly affects our company's continued success and the amount of trust our clients put in us. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to balance working quickly with working accurately. You will:
- Use various software for data entry, validation, and manipulation purposes
- Accurately enter data in our system, review files for accuracy and completion, and correct any errors or discrepancies you notice
- Cleanse, transform, and normalize data for analyses and reporting
- Regularly audit data to promptly identify and resolve issues
- Help prepare reports and data-driven documents for internal teams
- Regularly update data systems to keep things functioning properly
- Collaborate with internal departments (IT, CSR, production, etc.) to support workflow efficiency and daily productivity
- Follow company policies and legal requirements regarding sensitive and confidential information
