ARE YOU THE VAULT CLERK OUR TEAM NEEDS?
If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Vault Clerk!
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to document and verify incoming and outgoing stock
- Basic computer skills (including Excel)
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to follow PCI security procedures
Previous experience working with inventory documentation or controlled stock is preferred.
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This is a full-time, 3rd shift position working Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
In this role, you'll accept cards into secure storage and release them to operators. You'll verify every quantity, maintain meticulous documentation, create stock reports, process claims, and ensure the vault remains organized, audit-ready, and compliant with strict security standards, all while supporting daily operational flow under guidance from your shift leadership.
