- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Clear written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Punctual and reliable attendance

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE AS OUR 1ST SHIFT PERSONALIZATION MACHINE OPERATOR
This role requires close attention to detail, a drive for accuracy, and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe. Experience would be a bonus, but a willingness to learn and an openness to trying new things are even more important. You will:
- Operate machinery according to company's safety, quality, and production procedures
- Cleanly transfer materials between workstations
- Complete accurate job audit logs
- Inspect completed products for quality control
- Clean and maintain the equipment to keep it in good condition
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Assist with inventory counts as directed
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
1ST SHIFT PERSONALIZATION MACHINE OPERATOR SCHEDULE
You'll typically work from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime or Saturday work may be required.
