Job Overview – Sales Director (Healthcare Services)
Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000/year bonus
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Sales Director (Healthcare Services) in Columbus, OH for our client, leading regional sales, business development, and revenue growth within a healthcare services environment, including infusion services. This role oversees sales teams, drives new patient referrals, and manages relationships with healthcare providers across a multi-state territory to expand market share.
Responsibilities as the Sales Director (Healthcare Services):
- Sales Leadership: Lead and develop regional sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across healthcare providers and referral networks.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare organizations.
- Territory Management: Oversee sales strategy and performance across assigned regions.
- Team Development: Recruit, coach, and manage sales staff to drive performance and accountability.
Qualifications for the Sales Director (Healthcare Services):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field required.
- Experience: 5 years of sales experience within infusion services, home health, or related healthcare services is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with infusion services, home health, or related healthcare services required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
