What You'll Do
As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create an exceptional experience from their first inquiry to their dealership visit.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
- Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and identify their vehicle or service needs.
- Schedule appointments for sales consultations, test drives, and service visits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all communications in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support dealership marketing campaigns by contacting and nurturing leads from multiple sources.
- Track activity and provide regular reports on lead performance, appointments, and follow-up efforts.
