Job Responsibilities:
- Retrieve new vehicle invoices from manufacturers' websites daily and pre-stock into our vehicle system through CDK software.
- Enter new vehicles in the accounting system when vehicles arrive at dealer location.
- Enter all purchased used vehicles in the vehicle and accounting systems.
- Bill out deals for auction wholesales and Dealer Trades.
- Data entry, accounting and light filing.
- Other office tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
