Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the BDC team, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and mentor BDC representatives to enhance their performance and skill development.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads for Sales.
- Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, providing regular reports to management
- Oversee customer follow-up processes to ensure timely and effective engagement
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to create an exceptional and seamless customer experience.
