POSITION SUMMARY:
Our team of watchmakers is integral to our technical staff, collaborating closely to deliver exceptional service outcomes for our clients. They work in tandem with the entire After Sales Division, ensuring that the highest quality standards are consistently achieved on a daily basis. Effective communication within the team is crucial for fostering a strong, cohesive unit, which in turn promotes continuous growth and education within the profession. Additionally, there are opportunities to collaborate with other departments on watchmaking events, further enhancing our service offerings and professional development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and diagnose timepieces for repair using prescribed equipment and standardized methods.
- Clean, adjust, and calibrate watches to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that estimates accurately reflect the required servicing.
- Ensure that repair work meets brand quality standards.
- Meet assigned productivity standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Must employ strong problem-solving abilities.
- Technical skills should include high mechanical/quartz watch repair.
- Must be able to manage workflow independently and collaboratively.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
WOSTEP or CW21 certification, or minimum 5 years mechanical watch repair experience a plus
