Video Account Executive
Dphlims Productions is a Rock Island, IL-based professional video/film production company serving the needs of clients throughout the Midwest. We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team and help grow our business. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is looking for a career in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts by identifying and establishing new business relationships, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to identify and resolve customer account concerns
- Maintain existing customer accounts by following up on leads, responding to customer inquiries, reporting on sales activity, and following up on account status changes
- Respond to customer inquiries by providing detailed information.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing business by following up on projects, follow-up on inbound orders, etc.
- Build productive relationships with internal departments to ensure successful completion of all projects.
- Build relationships with valued business partners.
- Prepare reports for internal departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. College degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
