This TAG team member is part of TAG’s membership engagement team and is responsible for the support of TAG Societies (volunteer-led groups with an industry, job function, or workforce focus), Society events, and the administration of TAG’s corporate and individual memberships. The ultimate goal is to provide great value to our members that translates into higher member engagement that extend TAG’s brand to both retain members and create leads for new members. Primary success measurements are inclusive of member engagement and member renewals.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing customer service with a personal touch to build member relationships
- Providing accurate and timely responses to questions regarding membership
- Preparing communications and materials for membership, orientations, and meetings
- Conducting presentations over the phone, video, and in person
- Membership Invoicing and Reporting
- Managing detailed record keeping, requiring extensive computer knowledge, and office skills to maintain member activity and data in TAG’s CRM
- General event support, inclusive of TAG Society events and major events
- Manage and maintain content within TAG’s member portal
- Assist with member retention efforts, including membership renewals and member engagement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong operations, data/analytical, and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including conducting presentations over the phone, online, and in person.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Must be able to understand and anticipate the needs of members and deliver quality, member-first customer service.
- Ability to build relationships with executives, members and industry leaders
- Hard-working self-starter able to navigate a fast-paced environment while still providing attention to detail and approaching tasks conscientiously
- Eagerness to take initiative and willingness to learn new systems, solve problems and anticipate needs.
- Strong proficiency in the use of MS Outlook, calendar and email, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and MS Excel, and the ability to learn the membership database and task management system
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, and to mentor and develop other employees.
- Ability to travel around Metro Atlanta for various meetings and events
