We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselor (Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or Licensed Psychologist to join our growing behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.
This role requires clinical expertise, cultural competency, and a strong commitment to supporting clients through a wide range of mental health challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy (in-person or via telehealth)
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed
- Attend case consultations and staff meetings
- Ensure all services comply with state licensure and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active licensure in the state of Texas as an LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
