TaeWoong Medical USA is hiring two Associate Sales Representatives: one based in Texas and one based in Illinois. Each representative will cover an assigned territory within their home state. Candidates must currently reside in Texas or Illinois, or be willing to relocate before starting. This is a field-based position involving up to 70% travel to hospitals, physician offices, and customer locations.

In this field-based role, you will build relationships with physicians, clinical teams, hospital personnel, and purchasing decision-makers while representing a respected global manufacturer of innovative GI medical devices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, clinical education, and working directly with healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a territory plan to increase sales and open new accounts
• Build relationships with gastroenterologists, clinical staff, hospital leadership, and purchasing teams
• Identify prospective customers and key decision-makers
• Conduct regular account visits and follow up on sales opportunities
• Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, features, and clinical benefits of TaeWoong products
• Provide product support during evaluations, demonstrations, and clinical cases
• Analyze territory sales activity and adjust strategies based on results
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer activity and sales opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide responsive customer support
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel

What We’re Looking For

Required

• At least two years of medical device, medical sales, or closely related healthcare sales experience
• Ability and willingness to travel by car up to 70%
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to understand and confidently present technical product information
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based territory
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• GI, endoscopy, surgical, or hospital-based sales experience
• Experience providing clinical case coverage or product demonstrations
• Existing relationships with hospitals, physicians, or ambulatory surgery centers in Texas

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000–$70,000, based on experience and qualifications
