What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners (leads provided!) to inspect roofs and recommend roofing solutions.
- Close residential roofing sales.
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and prospecting.
- Follow up on company-provided opportunities.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Manage your sales pipeline from first contact through project completion.
- Proven sales experience is required.
- Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting goals.
- Self-starter who is comfortable generating their own business.
- Self-generated sales experience is preferred.
- Roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Outside sales, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
- Military or veteran experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 100% Commission with Unlimited Earning Potential.
