Responsibilities

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Engage with guests when necessary to enhance their dining experience.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and ensure accurate transactions.
- Upsell menu items to guests, promoting specials and enhancing overall sales.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Buss tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
