Programmer / Software Developer

We are seeking a Programmer / Software Developer to support The program. This role will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Army training resource applications that support mission-critical planning and analysis for Army leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications
- Work with Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 / 2022 (Visual Basic .NET) to design and implement system features
- Support database development and maintenance using SQL Server 2019 / 2023
- Manage code repositories, version control, and collaboration using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement software improvements
- Collaborate with analysts, system engineers, and program staff to support evolving system requirements
- Ensure applications meet government security and performance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 / 2022
- Visual Basic .NET
- SQL Server 2019 / 2023
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Strong experience developing and maintaining web-based applications
- Ability to work within a government software development environment
- Active Secret Clearance required
