Sales Representative, Printing

Position Title: Printing, Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new customers in the packaging, food, beverage, and related industries.
• Prospect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade shows and industry contacts.
• Sell printed shrink sleeves, labels, and pre-cut lids based on customer requirements.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate printing, material, finishing and packaging solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and order process.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and revenue targets.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, industry event as needed.
• Provide management with regular updates regarding sales activity, opportunities, and market conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Requirements:
• 3-5 years business-to-business sales experience preferred in printing industry
• Existing relationships or experience within the packaging/printing industry strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Flexible to business travel
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen, able to spot the trends and opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
