Position Title: Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine according to job specifications.
- Monitor Machine performance and adjust to maintain quality, alignment and productivity.
- Inspect finished product for appearance and overall quality.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain tension, alignment and roll quality.
- Load and unload material rolls safely and efficiently.
- Verify measurements using calipers, rulers, etc.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain clean, organized station.
- Review work orders, job tickets, and production requirements before starting production runs.
Skills Requirements
- Must have mechanical, technical skills
- Ability to trouble shoot
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably
