What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flexo Operator position at Tadbik NJ, Inc?
· Set up and operate mark andy press in an efficient, safe, orderly and quality conscious manner
·Read and interpret job jackets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials (ink preparation, plate mounting and roll stock) needed prior to printing
· Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure proper operation
· Handle and store inks and chemicals properly
· Perform preventative maintenance on machine
· Maintain a clean and neat workstation at all times and perform other general housekeeping duties as assigned
· Must follow all procedures outlined by QA and upper management
*Must have minimum 2 years experience running Mark Andy/Flexo Press
