🚨 Electrical Test Engineer Opportunity | Costa Mesa, CA | Contract | $60-$90/hr 🚨
Are you an Electrical Test Engineer who loves solving complex hardware challenges and building innovative test solutions?
I'm partnering with a leading technology company seeking a hands-on Electrical Test Engineer to drive end-of-line testing, automation development, hardware validation, and manufacturing test strategies for next-generation products.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead test plan development for new products and features
✅ Design and build automated test systems and functional testers
✅ Support board bring-up, validation, and manufacturing test yield improvements
✅ Collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware teams
✅ Analyze test data and drive quality improvements from prototype through production
🎯 What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
✔ 5 years designing functional test equipment
✔ Experience with PCBA design, validation, and troubleshooting
✔ Programming/automation experience with Python, C/C , C#, or MATLAB
✔ Knowledge of communication protocols including USB, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, CAN, and more
✔ Clearance eligibility required
⭐ Bonus points for experience with:
• Altium Designer
• LabVIEW
• RF testing equipment (VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters)
• GitHub and source control tools
💲 Pay Rate: $60-$90/hr
