This is a newly created role supporting Customer Success Managers who handle global accounts. It is a fast-paced, technical and operations-focused position where you will troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and work across multiple internal systems.

Compensation: $52k-65k (Based on experience)
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer success, support, or technical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in systems-heavy or SaaS environments
- Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
- CRM experience required
- Ability to manage escalations and communicate clearly with customers
Salary : $52,000 - $65,000
