We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Agent to join a leading Company located in the El Segundo, CA surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $25.00
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with account inquiries, settlement-related questions, and general support needs
- Accurately document customer interactions and case details
- Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations
- Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance procedures
- Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Previous call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred
- Must have a minimum of one year of call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities
- Ability to type and document information accurately
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to articulate verbally clearly
