Responsibilities

• Maintain constant vigilance through CCTV surveillance to monitor activity across the premises.
• Conduct thorough patrols of the facility’s interior and exterior areas to identify potential security risks or breaches.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies using your conflict management skills.
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical assistance arrives.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring legal intervention.
• Document all security activities, incidents, and observations clearly in detailed reports for record-keeping purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong discipline and situational awareness.
• Valid certification in CPR and first aid; additional certifications such as CCTV operation or loss prevention are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts calmly and effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), security protocols, and loss prevention techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours with open availability across all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders or law enforcement agencies.
