Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Support
- Greet and assist clients professionally
- Prepare clients for services
- Shampoo, condition, and rinse hair
- Blow dry and assist with styling preparation
- Help create a comfortable and professional client experience
- Maintain positive communication with clients and team members
Shop Operations
- Support barbers and cosmetologists with workflow and client preparation
- Maintain stocked stations and supplies
- Assist with towel preparation and organization
- Support day-to-day shop operations
Cleanliness & Sanitation Standards
- Maintain a clean workstation and shop environment
- Follow sanitation and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining client areas, common areas, and equipment cleanliness
- Uphold Tactical Grooming standards for professionalism and presentation
Professional Development

Requirements
