Network Engineer plays a critical role in supporting DoD contracts and Joint Mission Integration and Experimentation (JMIE) infrastructure by providing expertise in network architecture and transport engineering. Partnering directly with customers, the engineer plans, designs, implements, and sustains secure communications and transport solutions that enable reliable data exchange across classified facilities and cloud environments. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment; monitoring system performance; and applying DoD Information Assurance policies.
