Duties

• Safely install holiday lighting fixtures, including string lights, LED displays, and decorative elements on various structures.
• Conduct routine inspections of installed lighting systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Remove holiday lighting after the season, ensuring all equipment is stored properly for future use.
• Maintain detailed records of installation procedures, technical diagnostics, and repair activities.

Skills

• Strong electrical diagnostics skills with experience interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
• Mechanical knowledge related to light fixtures, mounting hardware, and structural supports.
• Experience with heavy equipment mechanics or operating lifts safely in outdoor environments.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices specific to holiday lighting systems.
• Ability to use testing tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Technical proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding electrical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in outdoor installation settings.
