Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the condition of laboring mothers and unborn babies, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
- Administer medications, including epidurals and induction agents, and provide emotional and clinical support throughout labor.
- Assist obstetricians and midwives during deliveries, including emergency and cesarean sections.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, newborn care, and recovery processes.
- Document patient care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care.
