Cashier – Tacos La Villa

About the Role:
Tacos La Villa is looking for an energetic, friendly Cashier to join our team! You’ll be the first face our guests see — taking orders, handling payments, and making sure every customer gets a fast, friendly, and positive experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders
- Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and digital payments
- Communicate menu items and answer questions about our food
- Keep the front counter, drink station, and dining area clean and organized
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure orders are correct and timely
- Helping restock and prepping condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent service and resolve guest concerns professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Great attitude and strong communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred but not a requirement
- Previous cashier or customer-service experience is a plus (but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment.
