Position Summary:
Leads daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and adherence to company standards. Acts as the manager-on-duty in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling and register counts
- Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
- Assign tasks and manage workflow to maintain efficiency during peak hours
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
- Ensure supplies are properly restocked throughout the day
- Communicate with management regarding performance, issues, or staffing needs
