Overview
TACORI is seeking a Social & Content Manager to lead day-to-day social execution across platforms while contributing to content creation and strategy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can both think and make. You will be responsible for capturing and producing content, managing our community, and ensuring everything we put into the world reflects the level of craft, precision, and taste expected of a luxury brand.
We’re looking for someone deeply in tune with culture and platform behavior, with the ability to translate that into elevated, considered content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Shoot and produce high-quality social and studio content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Capture both planned and reactive content, from campaign support to real-time moments
- Edit and color video and stills to a refined, luxury standard
- Maintain a consistent visual language aligned with TACORI’s brand codes
Social Strategy & Execution
- Support and help shape social strategy across platforms
- Translate brand and campaign direction into channel-native content
- Identify relevant trends, formats, and opportunities without compromising brand integrity
- Build and maintain a forward-looking content pipeline
Community Management
- Own day-to-day community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Reddit
- Respond to comments, DMs, and conversations with a tone that reflects the brand
- Cultivate a thoughtful, engaged community and identify opportunities for deeper connection
Copy & Publishing
- Write clear, elevated social copy aligned with TACORI’s voice
- Manage scheduling, posting, and channel hygiene across all platforms
Performance & Optimization
- Track content performance and identify patterns in what resonates
- Continuously refine approach based on insights while maintaining brand consistency
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of experience in social, content, or a hybrid role
- A strong content creator with experience shooting and editing (iPhone and/or camera)
- Proficient in editing and color, with a high standard for visual output
- Deeply familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platform behaviors
- Chronically online, with a sharp instinct for culture and relevance
- A strong writer with attention to tone and detail
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Brings a luxury-level eye and understands the difference between content and considered content
Bonus
- Experience in luxury, fashion, or jewelry
- Familiarity with Reddit and community-led platforms
- Experience working with creators or supporting influencer content
